Richard Esteb, Principal of Easthope Design, is a Licensed California Architect providing complete architectural services primarily to clients in Marin County, California. I have done design work from Palm Springs, California to Seattle, Washington. My love is residential projects with a focus in Corte Madera, Mill Valley, Tiburon and Sausalito.
Architectural Services Available:
- Programming - the process of figuring out what it is that you, the client, needs.
- Feasibility Studies – assessing the current existing conditions, checking with local codes and ordinances and reporting the possibilities for additions, renovations, and expansions.
- Schematic Design – proposing initial concepts of the project based upon programming and feasibility.
- Space Planning – minimizing an expansion or addition in favor of improving the existing circulation plan and interior flow of a building.
- Design Development – the process of developing, in depth, a particular design.
- Construction Documents – the full set of working drawings and specifications for a particular project for submittal for a building permit and then building.
- Construction Administration - making periodic site visits, clarifying details in the construction drawings, and providing solutions for unforeseen circumstances.
